What counts as an extraction?

One rate confirmation read by AI = one extraction. Re-running the same doc after an edit is free. Packets, sends, and driver photos are always unlimited.

Does my factoring company need to sign up?

No. Packets arrive as a normal email with one PDF attached — from your name, replies to you. Factors love it because nothing is ever missing.

What if the AI reads a rate confirmation wrong?

Every field shows a confidence hint and sits next to the original document for a side-by-side check. You confirm before anything is sent — nothing goes out on autopilot.

Do my drivers need to install anything?
